  1. Overview & Eligibility
  • Our Return & Refund policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the item(s). If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Due to the personalized and energetically sensitive nature of our spiritual items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind, personal taste, or because the energy of the item did not meet your personal expectations. All sales for these reasons are considered final.
  • Returns are only accepted under the specific conditions outlined in Section 2.
  1. Conditions for Refunds & Returns

We accept returns and provide refunds only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: You received an item that is physically broken, has manufacturing defects (e.g., broken chain, loose stone, clasp not functioning), or was damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  • Major Description Error: The item received materially differs from its description on the product page (e.g., wrong core material, missing a key spiritual component as described).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us First: Do not ship the item back without authorization. Within 30 days of delivery, email us at [Your Support Email] with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  2. Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Send the item(s) to our provided return address, using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend insuring the package.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 15 business days.
  5. Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an energy connection needs adjustment. We encourage exchanges over returns.

  • You may request an exchange for another item of equal or greater value within the 30-day window.
  • The item must be unworn, in its original protective pouch or box, with all tags and components intact.
  • You are responsible for the outbound return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping cost of the new item to you.
  • Price differences for the new item will be handled (you pay the difference or receive a partial refund).
  • Process: Follow the same “Contact Us First” steps in Section 2, clearly stating your desire for an exchange and your new item choice.
  1. Important Considerations for Spiritual & Energized Items
  • Energy & Energetic Connection: Each piece is cleansed, consecrated, and energized with specific intentions. Once an item leaves our space, it begins to attune to the energy field of its recipient. Therefore, for energetic reasons, we cannot accept returns simply because the item “doesn’t feel right.” We offer free guidance on cleansing and bonding with your piece if you contact us.
  • Personalization: Many items are made or finalized to order. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
  • Cleansing Upon Return: Any item returned to us for valid reasons will undergo a thorough energetic cleansing and re-consecration process before being considered for any future purpose.
  1. International Returns & Duties

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred when sending the item back to us.
  • Refund Amount: For eligible returns, the refund will be for the product price only. Original shipping costs and any import taxes/duties you paid upon delivery are non-refundable.
